La Dolce Vita Wedding in Rome at Villa Miani & Hotel de la Ville

Wedding in Rome

Amore in the Eternal City

Rosalin and Harout always knew their story would lead them to Rome, a place that felt less like a destination and more like a memory they hadn’t yet lived.

We began the week with an intimate session around the city, wandering streets they return to, especially near the Spanish Steps, a place that feels like theirs.

Rome felt less like a destination and more like something familiar, almost like a memory they hadn’t yet lived.

So when it came time to say I do, there was never really a question.

It would be right here, with these dolce vita vibes and this view, that everything would come together exactly as they had always imagined.

The celebration began with a welcome party at the Istituto Nazionale di Studi Romani, tucked into the city with sweeping views and a sense of history that felt impossible to replicate.

The morning began at Hotel de la Ville, set just above the Spanish Steps with sweeping views over the city.

There’s an ease to the space that mirrors the rhythm of Rome itself, calm, natural, and quietly in step with the day as it unfolds.

It felt like the right place to begin, grounded and unhurried before everything ahead.

Sunlight poured through the rooms as Rosalin and Harout got ready surrounded by their closest friends and family.

From there, everything moved to Villa Miani, where their dream wedding began to unfold in full.

This is where we met their guests as Rosalin walked down the aisle, framed by those expansive views and the city unfolding beneath them.

As guests arrived, Rome stretched out endlessly below, domes and rooftops catching the late afternoon light.

Florals were lush but intentional, echoing the city’s tones, as guests gathered under beautiful Roman weather and the moment unfolded.

It was emotional in a quiet, understated way, grounded and deeply felt, the kind of moment that lingers long after it has passed.

As evening settled over Rome, the entire space transformed with it.

Dinner unfolded under soft light, layered with candlelit tables, rich textures, and a palette that felt effortless rather than overdone.

As the evening settled, the Roman inspired setting came fully alive, somehow even more striking than it had been at sunset as guests stepped into it.

The energy built, the music carried, and the dance floor became the center of everything.

It felt effortless, like the kind of celebration that happens when people are fully present and genuinely happy to be there.

The reception unfolded with an easy rhythm, live music, and carried the night through Rome in a way that felt completely unforced.

After dark inside the villa in Rome, Italy, the energy shifted as everyone let loose over dirty martinis and negronis.

The weekend ended where it began, back at Hotel de la Ville, with a farewell brunch overlooking the city.

A slower morning, the best way to end their wedding weekend. Rome was never just a backdrop for them, it was part of the story from the very beginning.
