Describe your experience with finding the perfect location for your PreWedding Session: Rene provided us with a bunch of suggestions of places to look into for our pre-wedding session, and we immediately fell in love with Houdini Estates.

We wanted an outdoor theme with lots of greenery and the Houdini Mansion was the perfect location for that. We got Rene's approval for the location and went all in from there. We definitely don't regret it!

What are your recommendations/tips for couples before/during their PreWedding Session?: My recommendation for couples planning their shoot location is to pick somewhere that matches their personalities. My fiancé and I love nature and the outdoors and knew we wanted to incorporate the theme into our shoot.

My tip during the session would be to trust the photographer's suggestions and coaching. It also helps to not over think the photo shoot and to have fun with it. Sometimes taking pictures can be awkward, but their coaching helps make it fun and effortless. It is truly a very fun and memorable experience for couples.

What was your favorite part about your session?: Honestly the entire experience was just amazing. From the location of the shoot to the direction of our photographer, everything went along so naturally and organically, making the entire process a real joy rather than a totally nervous situation.

We, and surely everyone else who's never done this before, went into it having no idea what we would face and how it would go. We immediately forgot about all of fears once we started, and instead had a blast throughout the process.

Describe the moment he proposed!: The moment Kevork proposed was a total surprise to me. My fiancé, sister in law, her husband and I had gone to the Malibu Wine Safari for what I thought was my sister-in-law's birthday but I was happily mistaken. The tour guide made a surprise stop at a breathtaking view where we stepped out take in the beautiful scenery.

Kev and I got together to take a photo after taking a bunch of group photos. At that point, Kev turned to me and began expressing his love and next thing I knew he was on his knee asking me to be his wife! It was truly one of the most amazing days of our lives that we will remember forever!

Tell us about your very first date!: Our first date was a little interesting. We have been friends for years before we got together, so we didn't really have that "first date" experience. Since we are both animal lovers, we spent the first day of us officially dating at the stables where I keep my horse.

We spent the day playing with my baby Monti and taking our dog Banshee for a hike on a nearby trail. Although we already knew a lot about each other, we definitely learned that we have a lot more common than we thought. It could not have been more perfect.

Interesting/fun facts about the couple or session : Kevork and I have been friends for years, so dating literally felt like spending every single day with my best friend.

What are you most excited about for your upcoming wedding?: Obviously the most exciting part of the wedding is that I get to marry my best friend in the entire world! We are also very excited about seeing our vision and all the planning involved in the process come to life on our incredible day. We are looking forward to seeing all of our close family and friends celebrate the magical day with us.
